Greetings!

Maresia (Maah-re-zee-ah) is an adventure RPG with turn-based combat.
Live the life of the adventurer-by-accident Pedro, exploring islands around his village. Meet cool folks, have fun battles, read some jokes and enjoy the cartoonish vibes.

This is my entry for the GB COMPO 2021 game jam.

Developed in ~2 months using GB studio v2.0.0 beta 5

Please let me know in the comments if you reach the end of the story or any game-breaking bug.

B - Exit menu / Attack in battle mode

Arrows - Move and input actions

Browser Version Inputs:

START : keyboard ENTER
A : keyboard Z
B : keyboard X
D-pad : Arrows keys/WASD

If you ever feel lost, open the START menu and use the "Think" Action

Please save often, even if you plan to play everything at once, so you can load game in case you get stuck in a bug.
